I'm not entirely sure why you even want to create this on Wikipedia. Wikipedia is a general purpose encyclopedia. It looks like what you want to do is create an internal document for your company. Wikipedia runs on MediaWiki, which is open source software. You can use it yourself. If you don't want to set up your own server, you can use someone else's server.
