Codrington College[edit]
Hi Adrian (Beney, formerly of the alumni service, right? :-) ). As far as I can recall, the page in the University Calendar that refers to the affiliation of Codrington College to Durham (and which also footnotes the cancellation of the Fourah Bay College affiliation) has not been changed since my time in Durham (2000). As I understand it, the Calendar is kept pretty up-to-date each year though, so I assume it is accurate? Cheers, DWaterson 22:57, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
- Also, I've just noticed that an archive version of Codrington's website from 2004 [1] (the website appears to have been "undergoing major reconstruction" since then...) also states that "the affiliation with Durham University continues, and students may still enter for the Durham B.A. Hons. in Theology, this affiliation is being used for post-graduate studies". With regards to the your inclusion of a mention of the report by Grubb and Theos, The fact that such a report was made does nothing to inform your general reader about the functions of cathedrals, particularly from a global perspective.
