On the venues, traditionally, RB has never tied a song with a venue (unlike Guitar Hero, which generally has). It may be the case that the venues ARE tied to songs in this case (e.g. you will never see in game them singing "I Am The Walrus" at the Cavern Club) in which case the venue list is appropriate. However, while the game does suggest a historical progression through the song list, we need to have more details to assert that songs and venues are tied.

As for the song ownership issues, we don't know for sure what parts, if any, of the Beatles catalogue is blocked from use in this case. We've only had positive statements of what ownerships they are able to use, but nothing to deny that other owners have refused to give licensing for the game. We need a affirmation that songs controlled by publishing group X will not be in the game from a reliable source to expressly describe this factor. --MASEM (t) 13:57, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
