I've removed your comment from Helium-3 - for two reasons. 1) Normally, such comments should be on the talk page of the article and 2) 10^15 is correct: 10^9 is an "short form" billion X 10^3 (for the k in kWh) X 10^3 for moving the decimal 3 places.
