[edit]Hello, DevinMilesTorres, and welcome to Wikipedia! My name is Ian and I work with Wiki Education; I help support students who are editing as part of a class assignment.
I hope you enjoy editing here. If you haven't already done so, please check out the student training library, which introduces you to editing and Wikipedia's core principles. [edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, please note that there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Deviating from this style, as you did in Sweatpants, disturbs uniformity among articles and may cause readability or accessibility problems. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Jessicapierce (talk) 16:19, 5 October 2021 (UTC)
More specifically, as your edit needed a lot of cleanup:
- Please don't use nowiki tags for no reason, such as this: [[1930]]<nowiki/>s... just typing "1930s" will suffice.
- Punctuation goes before citations.
- Not sure what you meant with this: [[United States|United Staes]]
In short, please take more care with your edits, and use the Preview function. Thank you, Jessicapierce (talk) 16:19, 5 October 2021 (UTC)
