Your recent edits

[edit]

Hi there. Please take care not to remove section headings unless you have a good reason to do so. Also, please inspect other articles to see how to add a website url. Sometimes it may be appropriate as an external link in the External links section at the bottom, or sometimes as an inline reference. Thanks. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 11:03, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It's also a good idea to inspect the article after you make an edit to see what effect you edit had. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 11:16, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Conflict of interest

[edit]

Hi again. I now see that you work for them. All of you edits have been adding your website. I no longer think you are adding these urls to improve articles, but rather to promote your organization. Also, I wonder about the reliability of the source. One phone number?. Suite 215 in what seems to be this place. Hmmmmmm. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 11:29, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The American Bazaar sources

[edit]

Just out of curiousity, I see lots of your stories attributed to "Bureau report". What does that mean? Many of these stories are not written by your organization. This, for example, is a PR Newswire bit, but no attribution. Why is that? Many thanks, Anna Frodesiak (talk) 11:42, 1 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Your IP edits

[edit]

I'm aware that it was you, personally, who added references as:

This is your only warning; if you insert a spam link to Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for using Wikipedia only for promotional purposes. You have been told more than once that doing so is unacceptable, but you have continued. Almost every single edit you have made has consisted of adding spam links to your website. If spamming the same site continues, whether from an account or via editing without logging in, the site may be blacklisted. I hope you won't make that necessary, because it will mean that no links to it can possibly be added to Wikipedia by anyone, not even when a legitimate editor has a legitimate reason for wanting to add a link to it. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}. However, you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.  JamesBWatson (talk) 12:59, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The American Bazaar

[edit]

The American Bazaar is the most visited South Asian digital news source in North America, according to Alexa. Launched in 2013, it has become a go-to place on the web for news on and for the Indian American community. Today, it is also one of the fastest growing Indian American media outlets across all platforms — digital, print and broadcast.

The Bazaar also organizes a number of signature conferences in the United States and India. The annual American Bazaar Philanthropy Dialogue and Dinner, which brings together all the major stakeholders in the Indian American philanthropy community, is one of the most sought-after events of its kind. The combined net worth of speakers and delegates who attended the first two Philanthropy Dialogues is in excess of $1.5 billion.

Similarly, the annual American Bazaar Technology Conclave, held in India in January, attracts a number of CEOs and technology leaders from the United States. In the first three years, more than three dozen US CEOs and tech leaders flew to India to attend the event.

A number of global blue chip corporations have sponsored our events, among them, SAP, Wells Fargo, State Bank of India, Qatar Airways, Turkish Airways and Air India. The list of major industry trade groups, prominent nonprofits and educational institutions of global repute that have partnered with us include the Confederation of Indian Industries, the American India Federation and Pratham and educational institutions such as George Mason University.
