I unintentionally included some factual inaccuracies in my edit, but I did not intend to lie and shouldn't have been blocked for making a mistake on my first Wikipedia edit

The material you added was blatant and deliberate nonsense, and in no way is it plausible that you "unintentionally included some factual inaccuracies".
