Andrzej Nowak (civil engineer) moved to draftspace

Hi @Onel5969: I don't really mind whether this article remains or not. I moved it to a new page because somebody had overwritten the disambiguation page Andrzej Nowak back in September 2021, which was causing problems for the corresponding entry at Wikidata. I almost certainly won't be making any changes to the draft article since my primary focus is Wikidata rather than en.wikipedia. Dogfennydd (talk) 15:42, 1 December 2022 (UTC)
