Baseless vandalism accusations
[edit]Repeatedly and baselessly accusing AndyTheGrump of "vandalising" Draft:SurrealDB here, here, here, and here amounts to personal attacks. You should stop before you're blocked. Bishonen | tålk 02:06, 23 June 2024 (UTC).
More attacks - blocked
[edit]I just discovered this ("Please get a life and stop being a toxic member of the community"), which is worse. You have been blocked for 31 hours for personal attacks. If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

SurrealDB
[edit]Do you have any sort of connection to the company SurrealDB? TarnishedPathtalk 03:09, 23 June 2024 (UTC)

[edit]{{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}
. Abecedare (talk) 03:09, 23 June 2024 (UTC)- If Mr Vili wants to appeal their block, I would like to note that they are subject to a topic ban against anything related to experimental microstates, yet one facet of the SurrealDB mess is a source they repeatedly tried adding is from lightsquare.org, which is part of the imaginary country Lumina. Another editor repeatedly brought this up but to my knowledge Vili never acknowledged or addressed the concern. It's possible this is a total coincidence and Vili had no intention of skirting their topic ban, but combined with their extremely zealous advocacy for the article and lack of acknowledgement of the connection, please forgive my skepticism. StereoFolic (talk) 12:51, 23 June 2024 (UTC)
- Your skepticism is entirely justified. Mr Vili was unquestionably aware that lightsquare.org was an imaginary-country 'Lumina' website when he cited it. For policy-related reasons, I can't disclose the evidence for this (and other serious policy violations) here, but any admin contemplating a block is welcome to discuss the matter with me privately via email, if ArbCom haven't already dealt with the matter. From the ANI thread, it appears that admin User:Abecedare is also fully aware of the background. AndyTheGrump (talk) 12:48, 24 June 2024 (UTC)
- Admins have the advantage of being able to see deleted pages. In this case Draft:Lumina (Proposed City) and its talkpage. Abecedare (talk) 13:53, 24 June 2024 (UTC)
- Interesting. I don't suppose you could drop a hint to this non-admin as to what said article/talk page revealed? The promotion was obvious, but there's more to the CoI concerns than that. AndyTheGrump (talk) 13:59, 24 June 2024 (UTC)
- ... that Mr vili/HeliosSunGod undoubtedly knew that Light Square is a publication of the "autonomous state" Lumina. Btw Mr vili also added a spam link to it at Claude (language model), again in violation of their topic-ban. Abecedare (talk) 14:10, 24 June 2024 (UTC)

BLAR notice
[edit]Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. A page you created or have recently made significant changes to, Jamba (language model), may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for pages, so it has been blanked and redirected to AI21 Labs. Three typical reasons for this are that: (1) the article's subject appears to fail our notability guidelines; (2) the article is unsourced; or (3) the sources used in the article are unreliable. The page's history is preserved and it is possible to restore the article: If you believe that this page should remain included on Wikipedia or that this action was taken in error, then you may revert the edit that blanked and redirected the page.
Wikipedia:Your first article has more information about creating articles, and you may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. Dclemens1971 (talk) 17:14, 23 August 2024 (UTC)
