Additional guidance
[edit]Hi DrJoHeiter, I also suggest reading Wikipedia's guidelines for sourcing medical content which is more stringent than most other subjects. You may also find WikiProject Medicine a helpful resource. S0091 (talk) 15:38, 7 September 2020 (UTC)
Low-carb advocacy and industry funded research
[edit]The sources you are citing on the Wikipedia Ancel Keys article are WP:Fringe and fail WP:MEDRS:
- Aseem Malhotra
- Zoë Harcombe
- Jeff Volek
- Ronald Krauss
- James DiNicolantonio
- Nina Teicholz
- Robert H. Lustig
This and many of the other reviews you have cited were funded by the beef industry [1], did you check the disclosure section? There is no reason for you to be dumping these unreliable sources and heavily industry funded research on Ancel Keys Wikipedia article directly in the lead.
