I'm totally new at using wikipedia and i do not fully understand how it work, but yet im really trying hard to figure it out, i understood what ive done wrong and why my account was blocked and im looking forward to fix the mistakes

As it states in the very first sentence of the blocking notice at the top of the page, the reasons for this block are that this account has been used for advertising and that the username does not comply with our username policy as it represents a company. You have failed to address these serious concerns in these three unblock requests. Your response instead has been to defend the use of the name as it has been in use for ten years. PLEASE read WP:CORPNAME. This username does NOT comply with that policy. We do not allow accounts that represent a group. An acceptable username would be something like "Chris at educationabc". But, even if you were to use that username, you would still need to comply with WP:PAID and follow WP:COI. Further, you have stated an intention to continue to post information to try to "grow [your company's] audience". I.e., you intend to continue to advertise your company. Wikipedia is not a means of promotion. We do not allow companies to advertise their services here. It is directly contrary to the purpose of this encyclopedia. Further, we are not a directory of companies. We have articles on companies around the world, but only companies who are provably notable (see WP:NCORP) with reliable, secondary sources. In short, you have failed to appropriately address the reasons for your block.
