Remember to always sign your posts on talk pages. You can do this either by clicking on the button on the edit toolbar or by typing four tildes (~~~~)
at the end of your post. This will automatically insert your signature, a link to this (your talk) page, and a timestamp.
To get some practice editing you can use a sandbox. You can create your own private sandbox for use any time. Perfect for working on bigger projects. Then for easy access in the future, you can put
{{My sandbox}}
on your userpage.Sincerely, User:Crtew (talk) 14:56, 29 August 2012 (UTC) (Leave me a message)
Success
[edit]Elclark4, You did a great job so far. You created an account, wrote an introduction with a list, and left me a message. Two things you might do now would be to play around with wikilinks and using four tildes to sign messages. You're off to a great start, Crtew (talk) 13:54, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
To create a wikilink place two brackets before and after an article term.Crtew (talk) 14:01, 29 August 2012 (UTC)
Assignment

Wikipedia Education Program: student survey!
[edit]Hi! I work with the Wikipedia Education Program, and I'm hoping to get your feedback about your experience this semester! In order to help other students like you enjoy editing while contributing positively to Wikipedia, it would be very helpful to hear from real program students about their experience, so we know what to change. The survey takes no more than 10 minutes, and I'd really appreciate your response!
Thanks so much! JMathewson (WMF) (talk) 01:58, 18 December 2012 (UTC)
