Your recent edits[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from 5W Public Relations. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. --Mosmof (talk) 03:56, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

MOSMOF: You are clearly biased given 9 lines of semi-factual information. If you continue to vandalise this page I will report you to Wiki editors. Are you out of your mind ? Arrests ? Charges ? Give it a break and stop the bias. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Emetman (talkcontribs) 10:39, July 15, 2008
Please remember to assume good faith when dealing with other editors. Thank you. --Mosmof (talk) 14:06, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Torossian, 5W Public Relations[edit]

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam); and,
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for businesses. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. --Atavi (talk) 07:34, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked[edit]

You have been blocked for a period of 24 hours for abusing multiple accounts in order to violate WP:3RR. Please see Wikipedia:Requests for checkuser/Case/Emetman for more evidence. To contest this block please place {{unblock|your reason here}} below. Tiptoety talk 18:35, 16 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

September 2008[edit]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on 5W Public Relations. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Pinkadelica (talk) 03:22, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sir: 7 lines for a dispute is inappropriate. Considering neither P Diddy nor Angelina Jolie with whom the firm worked for years garnered 7 lines, nor should an internal Jewish dispute. Surely the fact that the company is Iowa based isnt relevant. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Emetman (talkcontribs) 20:10, September 6, 2008 (UTC)

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits, such as the one you made to 5W Public Relations. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing. Next time you revert and/or change this article for any reason, you will be reported for violation of 3RR. Pinkadelica (talk) 01:30, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Disruptive edits ? Please explain and describe your edits. Simple removing items you disagree with is not acceptable. They are all sourced. Is Celebrity info not relevant ? Richest European ? Why would editors name of a blog (non wiki recognized material) be relevant ? Iowa based company ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Emetman (talkcontribs) 01:43, September 7, 2008 (UTC)
Yes, disruptive edits. Your POV pushing is in fact disruptive to other users and the project in general. The reasons why you have been getting reverted are provided quite clearly in the edit summaries. Other editors have also expressed their concerns on the article's talk page. In other words, the reasons are there, you just don't agree with them so you think they don't exist. You and your associated IPs (logging in and out doesn't actually "hide" you) have been attempting to add and remove the same information from this article since last night. I'll ballpark it and say you've been attempting to push this point over five times in the last 24 hours and have been reverted by two other editors besides myself. Obviously, there's something wrong with your edits whether you think so or not. I see this game has been going on for a long time and you're no stranger to violations, so I went ahead and reported you for 3RR which you actually violated some time ago. Pinkadelica (talk) 03:04, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, your "report" will last 24 hours... but when I get home from the principals office and am still correct, I will return to making page accurate. I have proposed edits on the 5W discussion page. Add your comments, lets settle it there (as I proposed earlier), and call it a day, otherwise Agro will need to be removed. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Emetman (talkcontribs) 11:36, September 7, 2008 (UTC
If you want me banned, as you have threatened here, here, and here), you will have to report me to WP:AIV or another appropriate noticeboard (I have no idea what you want me banned for). Though most likely, the most I could get is a short-term block. But good luck with that, and let me know if you need any help preparing a report on me, as simply threatening to have me banned has no effect. If you don't intend to follow through, please stop with the threats, as not only is it annoying, it constitutes harassment. Mosmof (talk) 18:59, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 11:45, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please listen[edit]

Dear Emetman, You are not an admin on Wikipedia and you do not have the right to block people. Admins are elected by other members of the community when they have (amongst other things) enough experience to judge when editors are being disruptive and when not. You do not have enough experience and some of the warning notices you have posted seem pretty polemic and inappropriate. Please therefore stop posting warning notices and block threats. Your approach on WP seems quite aggressive. Can I suggest you consider changing this? New aggressive editors, particularly ones focused on a few topics, do not often last long on WP. Please consider this a polite warning on conduct. --BozMo talk 21:52, 7 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
