[edit]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to PHP, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from all of Wikipedia. Gary King (talk) 02:20, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have to understand the rules about external links and what Wikipedia is not. -- Alexf42 02:45, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked for a period of 48 hours from editing in accordance with Wikipedia's blocking policy for continuing to add spam links. If you wish to make useful contributions, you are welcome to come back after the block expires. Persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted from Wikipedia. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below.

Request reason:

Alexf: Did you actually check the external link that Gary King has a problem with? I think it's a very useful link. I have a similar external link in the MySQL article, and have had no problem with it. Why is the link a problem on the PHP page but not the MySQL page? Could the problem not be with the link, but with Gary King? Is he a control freak or something? He obviously thinks he *owns* the PHP article. Can someone please tell me what is wrong with my external link, other than that Gary King doesn't like it?

Decline reason:

Thanks for bring to our attention the additional spam links. They have also been removed. — Jayron32.talk.contribs 03:30, 1 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
