Hi Orikrin. With only twenty or so contributions to the English Wikipedia, I don't believe you are ready to be patrolling new articles. When you have more experience at normal contributions to mainspace, please read WP:DELETION, but if there is anything you don't understand, I don't believe you are ready to be patrolling new English articles.
