If the VRAM for HD 4000 machines was, in fact, increased, you might want to put that item back - but with a citation, so it can be checked (that might also keep ClueBot NG from reverting it) - and then also let ClueBot NG know that it made a mistake (that might allow its vandalism detector to be better tuned).
