Glad we're reaching some sort of understanding. =)

Okay, I have changed the references on my talk page to "Ev*dentH*st". =) I have also changed the deletion debate page to only have a statement that the deletion debate is not in the immediate view. I hope this will make it less googlable. Like I said, since the debate didn't have personal information or anything like that, there's probably no reason to delete it entirely - and we'd probably need to leave some sort of placeholder page there in any case even if it did. However, since article history is usually not indexed by web search engines and casual users are unlikely to run into them by accident, I hope this arrangement is satisfactory.

As for deleting comments, okay, it can happen by accident - just be extremely careful when editing articles. You probably edited an old version of the article and was unaware that this doesn't change history, it just replaces the new page with the old page. (Extremely handy when dealing with vandalism!) No one can change the history versions. But like I said, this rarely matters - they're historical versions and not in immediate view. --wwwwolf (barks/growls) 08:34, 14 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
