• the content is not actually pathophysiology. This should be answering the question -- how does hypothermia harm people? How? What is the mechanism of harm?
• What are the quotation marks for?
• you've used UK spellings but the WP article is US English. See WP:ENGVAR. Why is "Shivering" capitalized? We don't use the word "patient" -- see WP:MEDMOS.
• please fix citations. See WP:MEDHOW
• for big words that an everyday person might not understand, please consider WP:Wikilinks or writing them in WP:Plain English.
