Based on my research, here in America legal reasoning follows only one legal path in the appropriate jurisdiction. No legal argument in any situation can be accepted nor rejected without all of the following pieces presence. 1. Issue- What are the two parties arguing about? 2. Rule-What legal rule(s) governs the material facts? 3. Facts-What are the material facts in the issue? 4. Analysis-Apply the legal rule(s) to the material facts. 5. Conclusion-Having applied the legal rule(s) to the material facts, what is the outcome of the potential case?

Certainly, after reading the information I have provided, you should have a better understanding of Civil Suits.
