We just purchased the property.

You purchased the Horace Duncan House recently? That's nice, but ironically, it means you really shouldn't make changes to the article due to Conflict of interest. Please check it out. I won't undo the changes for a bit, but others may. There really need to be reliable sources for the changes for them to stay.
