In Wikipedia, we have specific guidelines about the use of references in medical articles: WP:MEDRS. In general, we prefer secondary sources, such as the review articles listed at the bottom of the article. The Inside Halton source is not a secondary source, and its use gives undue weight to a treatment that is rarely used in diffuse panbronchiolitis.
