Need Review Help
I am looking to create a new article for Abaca Technology Corp, an anti-spam provider. I do in fact work with the company. I was told that the best way to get some info is to get adopted or consult with some experienced folks.
Would definitely appreciate some help/feedback/comments or some direction. And hopefully get this posted
Can you adopt me?
Thanks in advance

Excellent! Glad to see your bot working again. Thank you, ^.^, for getting OT well stocked and updated. Cute username, btw. Cheers! :-) --PFHLai (talk) 17:29, 9 September 2008 (UTC)

New adoptee?
I would like to learn how to write a bot. If you could help me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. cdmajava There are always possibilities... 03:04, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
- I am currently a bit too busy at the moment to mentor on the finer points of PHP, specifically on the writing of the bot but I can probably give you some specific directions.
- Start out by learning the basics of PHP. Googling "PHP tutorials" will most likely get you some results.
- Once you can grasp the basics of the language, have a go at finding a free webhost with PHP and write your own basic script (a PHP Hello World would probably be good.
- After this, why not have a look at the SxWiki Framework, the framework I use to write a bot and my bot's source code.
- And finally, you might want to read up on Creating a bot and Bot policy, plus the Requests for approval page. — ^.^ [citation needed] 08:45, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
Do you mind if I help mediate the UFO cabal? I love scifi, and i like mediating cdmajava There are always possibilities... 03:06, 11 September 2008 (UTC)
- Feel free to take over mediating the UFO case, as I no longer have time. — ^.^ [citation needed] 08:45, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
Merge of the two versions.
I tried several times to convince our colleague Kobra to merge the two versions. As a matter of fact my version is an extension of 90% of his version of the article. My version is more informative, has a lot of photos, dates, names of units, battles and so on. Yes, I find your idea very constructive and I approve it. i am not against merging, I am against erasing my version of the article which is backed with references, photos, and composes 60 to 80 percent of the article. P.S. To make it more neutral, maybe you can try to make the merge ^.^. Whatever your version of the merged article is, I will accept it with no comments (sorry if I am asking to much, but I am doing this as a sign of good will). Regards. --Revizionist (talk) 14:03, 23 September 2008 (UTC)
Xgrid
I reverted your edit to the article, because you as a person can not change the article to a GA, but have to wait for an independent person to change the article to a GA. For each review, you have to wait for another person and not depend on the old GAN to change the article, per instructions. miranda 04:19, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
- Oh crap, I got confused between Xgrid and BootX (Apple) which is already a GA, so I thought that someone had just forgotten to alter the wikiproject banners. Sorry. — ^.^ [citation needed] 06:00, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
