[edit]You recently added content to a biographical article (including its lead section), and to its talk page, directly stating that a living person had been indicted on criminal charges. In fact, the citations you reference make clear that the individual was the prosecutor in the case, not the defendant. I had to deletion these revisions because of this serious breach of our policy on Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons (BLP). Before you make any further edits to this encyclopedia, I want you to confirm, on this talk page, that you have read BLP and will commit to much more careful editing in the future, particularly on BLP matters. - Hello @Neutrality: Thanks for both your message and Wikipedia contributions :) As you know I'm a Wikipedia volunteer contributor like you. Yup I already read BLP. And I am still happy to make my best efforts to remain within it.
- My bad about this edit. This was a good faith typo with the name. To resolve my typo:
- 1. I first updated with the correct name. It needs to read "Charles K. Edwards". Instead of "
Brian A. Benczkowski". - 2. Then I moved the remaining of the information as is into this other Wikipedia article about the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General. Difference between revisions. Then adapted it accordingly.
- 1. I first updated with the correct name. It needs to read "Charles K. Edwards". Instead of "

- Dear @Neutrality: :) Before you make any further edits to this encyclopedia, including but not limited to this talk page, here are two suggested questions for you:
- 1. Could you please reply here on this talk page to confirm that you are aware of this Wikipedia's AGF standard & fundamental principle, and that you read it?
- 1. Could you please reply here on this talk page to confirm that you are interested to continue to commit to Wikipedia's AGF?

- This is a note to myself, for future easy reference, this is the archived present AGF Francewhoa (talk) 02:36, 7 March 2020 (UTC)

[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war; that means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.
