Sorry, it was not very clear. Ironically not 'simple'.

I originally requested username: 'Fred' but could not, because you already had 'FreD'.
No problem there, you had it first. You also use FreD at 'sister wikis'.

I joined a new (10 000+ articles) wiki simple.wikipedia.org
It is a simple enlish language wikipaedia.
I joined as username: Fred
This could be a problem if you join.
I am offering you the username, if you want it.

Max Leognany

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere.
