Non-notable recordings

[edit]

Non-notable and/or non-commercial recordings of classical music, made entirely by non-notable musicians in non-notable venues, and recordings which have only ever been published as vinyl LPs, do not belong in Wikipedia discographies! They waste space and make it harder for readers who are trying to decide which recordings to purchase, to learn their options. If neither the conductor, the chorus, the orchestra, any of the soloists, the concert hall, nor the publisher of a recording has a Wikipedia page about them, then that recording should not be listed. Thank you. Best wishes. HandsomeMrToad (talk) 08:57, 7 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited War Requiem, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Richard Clement. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
