Can I change picture of me?

Please help me with...>My name is Mikhail Svetlov. I'm opera singer and I have a page here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikhail_Svetlov_(bass). It is correct information everything in there but I need to get read of very bad picture of me on my page.I can attach picture that is on my website mikhailsvetlov.com. Yes, you can upload a better picture of yourself. For Wikipedia to use it, it would be best if you released it under a free license, allowing anyone to use it. You can upload it to Wikimedia Commons here and send an email confirming that you own the copyright and are releasing it so we can use it.
