Hawaii hotspot

Hi Gfoulger, welcome and thanks for improving the section on the Hawaii hotspot. However, it's best not to mark such a change as minor, that should be reserved for fixing typos and the like. Also in changing that section you inadvertently removed the full citation for Zhao 2004, which was in use in a later section. I've added the full citation in that section to fix the problem.
