  1. "liberpedia.org" is not a reliable secondary source.
  2. The SMH source you cite does not list any of the individuals you are now tagging with the category and their articles mention nothing of "Russia", "Moscow", "Ukraine", or "Kremlin" so your categories have no business being added there.
