@Gmatsuda: page 80 says that " the government of the United States was accepting the Japanese view that the Korean Peninsula belonged to Japan.", while page 83 says " About 120,000 people of Japanese ancestry were put into these camps, but Koreans were spared this although some were employed as interpreters.". Regardless, EO 9066 was solely targeted at those who were actually of Japanese ancestry. No one else was considered for mass incarceration under EO 9066, including those of Korean ancestry. -- Gmatsuda (talk) 06:45, 17 January 2019 (UTC)
