Hey there. I just rolled back the changes you had been making to the Icing article. There's a 'Show preview' button on the bottom which lets you see what your edits will look like, if you aren't sure. Most of your changes seemed like you were trying to get a feel for how Wikipedia mark-up works; if you do want to just muck around to try things out, consider using the Wikipedia Sandbox, or editing your own user page. In general, it's bad to just experiment with "live" articles, because people who came along while you were trying things out would be rather confused by the mess.
