Hi Gustavh,
About this: possibly the discussion of how to write a binomial coefficient and how to pronounce it should be closer together (I haven't thought hard about it) but I think that will require more care rewriting than what you did. Maybe starting a discussion on Talk:Binomial coefficient is the way to go.
