Can you unblock Philbox17? I didn't do anything wrong exept creating different account on French and English wikipedia wich is not illegal, I think. I don't do vandalism but I admit I am angry when I see people like User:Vfp15 who basicly watch everything I write and then erase it, everythin no exeption. Of course this is on French wiki, now he come on English and I suspect he will erase everything I write again, he work for the Federal government. It is like I am doing all that for nothing, I can't contribute. If you unblock Philbox17 I will not need to create other accounts all the time. I am maybe the only Québec separatist editing RRQ article, all other are English or French federalist. To be neutral it need someone like me to watch it and make sure they don't make their federalist propaganda. It must be neutral and it must be edited by both separatist and Federalist.
