Based on your review of the three articles you are interested in potentially editing, I think your best option will be to try to add to "Water ionizer" with the idea that conclusive evidence may not be available yet. You will need to try to follow the guidelines for Scientific Skepticism as well as the tutorial for the class page on editing articles related to medicine. Let me know if you have any questions!
