Your last contributions to the article seem interesting, but at the same time give the impression that you have a very close relationship to PAR and a potential conflict of interest. You may find interesting to read the wikipedia document about conflict of interests (COI) and editing. See: Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. In summary it states that while you are not forbidden to edit it is usually preferred that you make proposals in the talk page of an article stating your reasons for change and independent editors with no COI are the ones that make the decision of including them or not. If you have such a COI it is also recommended that you disclose it so in your user page. You may have also noticed that another editor deleted your first addition asking for reliable sources. While your source of the second edition is useful to note that a second edition has been created scientific articles in wikipedia have high standars when sourcing statements. You may also find useful to read WP:MEDRS, and specifically regarding your addition reviews in peer-reviewed journals stating the usefulness and differences of this second version as opposed to the traditional one would be really interesting. The MMSE and many other psychological articles in wikipedia are in need of improvement and wikipedia is always in need of new editors, so I hope that this does not stop you from helping to improve them.
