Well, i could understand if you (as a wikipedia admin) don't want external links. But why you remove my website and you leave some other websites with exactly the same theme. For example, you delete our website but you let the www.knowtango.com . Our website has an alexa rank of 4.000.000 and knowtango has 15.000.000 alexa rank, and the www.tangofestivals.net has 7.500.000 alexa rank. So i don't think knowtango or tangofestivals.net are more imporant. Moreover, our website really has more entries than the other websites and the entries can be done by the users FOR FREE. Our website has about 100 volunteers all over the world. it is a collaborative work. But the most important question you have to answer me is why you let other websites and not ours. Why the other links are not spam? so i would expect to add again my website (as we do beleive is the one of the most important things for tango, to find milongas to dance) OR to delete the other links (that i would like to be deleted as i beleive they are useful too). So please proceed with this statement "But you have links to other sites that people have added for self-promotion. -Those probably need to go, too. " Because it is unfair. We or the other website try to do the same. Why you choose to have 3 and not 4 of them? You just look this links to quickly and your judgement is not correct.

Of course our link have something more to offer: it has the most entries. The entries are not by the websites owners (that affect the validity, and after some months they are accurate anymore) but by the milonga organizers. So they are always up-to-date.

At least in the word "milonga (place)" i think it will be fair to add our link. Just in this one page.

I don;t want to offend you, but for all of us, it is so unfair and it doesn't help the visitor most if they cannot see our link. I am thinking of starting a campaign about this unfair attitude, in all the tango lists i am so many years, and in all the email contacts i have , in facebook, everywhere. It is unfair!!!
