Request reason:
I think I'm following the directions here. I am not Otto4711. I don't know Otto4711. I make edits every once in a while and a bunch of automated messages suggest I make an account so I did. Then somebody I don't know and who doesn't know me says I broke the rules.
Decline reason:
Checkuser shows you using the same computer as another confirmed account in the same timeframe. Hersfold (t/a/c) 05:47, 9 December 2011 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:
I don't know a lot about computers, but from what I understand in reviewing this stupid mess you make these decisions based on IP addresses. I know that IP addresses change. I live in an apartment complex with around 200 units. It seems very unfair to lash out against me because someone else who may live near me doesn't play by the rules. I thought the idea of Wikipedia was that everyone was allowed to edit.
Decline reason:
There is also technical evidence related to the actual computer used to make the edits. That evidence goes beyond just the IP, and can distinguish multiple users in the same network (as with a college or an apartment building). UltraExactZZ Said ~ Did 15:57, 9 December 2011 (UTC)

So you would rather
