Husain Fateel

Mr. Husain Fateel is civil engineer specialised in Project Management holding professional degrees from an accredited awarding bodies in the UK in addition to his Post Graduate Diploma in QS from Heriot Watt University in UK (RICS Recognised) as well as an MSc in Project Management from the University of Salford, UK. Husain has a solid experience in construction and project management over the last 14 years which includes working in the mega projects in Bahrain in different construction sectors. Worked as the CEO of Logic Institute and Trainer with a wide range of Project Management and Construction Management experience, Husain have the ability to plan and achieved all strategic, financial and quality targets and the ability to plan, direct, coordinate, and budget a wide variety of projects. Husain has successfully accomplished varieties of projects including but not limited to: engineering training projects, construction projects, the building of all types of residential and commercial, and schools, high raised buildings, industrial structures, marine, roads, bridges, Highways, Above Ground Storage Tanks and Oil and Gas projects while implementing Value Engineering Methodologies to improve quality and cost reduction. In addition to that, he has the ability to supervise and manage an entire project or just part of one. Also he have the ability of Initiating, Planning & Scheduling, Execution, Monitoring & Control and Closing of different types of projects in pre and post contract, in addition to the selection, hiring, cost control, value engineering and oversight of project resources and specialty trade contractors, such as carpentry, plumbing, mechanical works..etc. In addition, Mr. Husain has attended and participated in more than 50 Professional Seminars, Training Programs, Conferences and Symposia in the GCC, USA and UK as an Attendee, Speaker, Organizer and Chair. This base is a valuable source of hands-on experience that is very useful in leading and training some of engineering and management programs and AutoCAD courses. Mr. Husain Fateel is a member of Chartered Management Institute (UK), Project Management Institute (USA), SAVE International (USA) and the Society of Petroleum Engineers (USA-Canada).
