In Latin American History, the Latin American Creation Theories are a set of theories that explain the foundation and creation of different regions of Latin America.

The theory was first developed by a group of Venezuelan and Honduran historians[who?] who were discussing the creation of each of their respective regions. After a series of debates with various other scholars, those of which were Ecuadorian, Cuban, etc., the historians concluded and decided that the following theories were acceptable.

The theory discusses the foundation of northern and central South America as well as Central America.
