Thank you for uploading Image:Way2.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

Clearly this is somebody that you have a lot of respect for, and whose passing you wish to mark. I'm afraid, however, that wikipedia doesn't permit articles about people who aren't particularly notable beyond their own community.

I don't want to go down the road of proposing deletion, as the standard text (unremarkable person) would be insulting, so I'm moving the article into your user space where it should be permitted to remain.
