[edit]

Welcome. I noticed you edited a surname article Kresoja to add information in Croatian that it's a Croatian surname. Unfortunately, you appear to have copied and pasted text from another website there, and that's a copyright violation. It's also not in English. And it's also removing information about Serbian holders of the surname for no apparent reason.

If you wish to contribute information about Croatian holders of this surname, please do so by using English, and citing sources.

Further editing that doesn't respect these two basic policies will be reverted, and can lead to blocks and bans. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 19:22, 12 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I also noticed you edited Dragica Kresoja to say she's of Croatian instead of Serbian origin. A quick review of online information gave me no reason to believe that this is accurate, so please avoid making such changes without citing sources, especially as this is a biography of a living person. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 19:26, 12 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Yes because origin is croatian, chill and let people know the truth Horvat1941 (talk) 14:56, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

All Kresoja were Croatian Delmats in history so watch your business or more learn about history Horvat1941 (talk) 15:04, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

When making changes to people's ethnicity information, please cite sources first, because WP:Verifiability is one of the most important policies on Wikipedia. This is your last warning, further failures to follow these simple rules will result in blocks. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 18:29, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Dragica Kresoja. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Vanjagenije (talk) 23:13, 5 September 2021 (UTC)[reply]
