This is my current IP Address. I am trying to translate the following page (https://ko.wikipedia.org/wiki/%EA%B3%B5%EB%B3%91%ED%98%B8) into English, hoping to reach an international audience and provide this specific page in Korean in English so that it could reach a broader audience. I don't quite understand what else I need to do do get this page unblocked so that I can upload the following page? I am not trying to upload false information or sabotage any ongoing projects. Let me know what else you guys would like me to do in order to create this page for wikipedia in English.
