Risker, I mentioned your name because I think you're a sensible and reasonable person who I thought had been on ArbCom for Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Rachel Marsden and Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Warren Kinsella. @Xaosflux: Spoonkymonkey is shining you on. Take a look at [[Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mark Bourrie. It's not a difficult case. Warren Kinsella's recent blog post is the reason IP have started appearing. Dealing with the root cause will put a quick end to it, I suspect.
