Why would you call it promotional material? It is useful external link for any jub seeker, the information based on the US Depart of Labor. There is no promotional value in this external link. Please clarify your reaoning to edit my contribution. Thanks.
The Department of Labor link if fine. Repeatedly adding links to your own website is not. If you add a link to theindiansabroad.com again, you will be blocked. OhNoitsJamie Talk 17:58, 6 March 2010 (UTC)
