Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Infinitygem3541[edit]

Nuvola apps important.svg

Hi Infinitygem3541. I noticed you created a Requests for Adminship page some time ago; I was wondering as to what the status of that request might be. I think it's fair to warn you that new users are rarely successful at RfA and that the Wikipedia editing community sets very high standards for editors running for adminship. That being said, I strongly urge you to read WP:GRFA, User:Davidwr/Administration is not for new users, and WP:NOTNOW, and ask you to reconsider whether you really do wish to go through with your candidacy; please understand that you stand very little to no chance of passing RfA at this point and that you are strongly discouraged from running for adminship. If you are still intent on running for adminship with that RfA and are absolutely positive this is what you want, please do let me know; otherwise, I'll go ahead and delete the RfA page for you in about a week or so from today. Regards, FASTILY (TALK) 21:13, 25 June 2010 (UTC)

  • Fastily is trying not to put you off, and I applaude that. But you need to know that in recent years no editor with less than 2,000 edits has succeeded at an RfA, and nearly all have had well over 3,000. You have 30. To succeed you will also need to be able to demonstrate, in edits made here, a reasonably broad base of understanding of wikipedia policy as demonstrated by your participation in admin-related areas. --Anthony.bradbury"talk" 19:17, 30 June 2010 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Shadow of the Dragon: Kira[edit]

Ambox warning pn.svg

A tag has been placed on Shadow of the Dragon: Kira requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. --ANowlin: talk 23:20, 31 July 2010 (UTC)

Hi Infinitygem3541, I noticed that you are a ht-2 speaker (excellent!) and thought I'd at least extend the invite to a completely revamped WikiProject Haiti. Cheers! Savvyjack23 (talk) 18:56, 19 June 2016 (UTC)
