Request reason:

I am currently unable to delete my user page because my account has been blocked. I would like for either my account to be deleted or retired somehow, or for someone to delete my user page for me. I intend to retire this account afterwards. InterLinked (talk) 17:43, 16 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I have deleted your user page for you, but user talk pages are not deleted. There is also no special account deletion or retirement process, all you need to do is stop using it.
