[edit]Please do not remove maintenance templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to OnlyOffice, without resolving the problem that the template refers to, or giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Iosifidis. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Good day—RetroCosmos talk 18:46, 20 April 2024 (UTC)
- Hello @RetroCosmos.
- I am an open source contributor and I occasionally write articles on my personal blog about projects such as openSUSE, Fedora, Ubuntu etc. One of those projects is also the project I am editing here. I am not sure if this is a COI reason or not.
- If I made a wiki syntax code error, this is something I am not familiar (I check some tutorials when I am not sure how to do edit). But I guess the above is not that issue, right?
- I am not sure what else do I have to do.
- Thanks Iosifidis (talk) 21:47, 16 May 2024 (UTC)

[edit]You still have not adequately responded or taken action to the inquiry regarding your appearance as an undisclosed paid editor. If you make any additional edits without complying, you may be blocked from editing. Mereutza (talk) 15:12, 16 May 2024 (UTC)
- Hello @Mereutza
- I am not sure what more do I have to do. I checked the text and some links above and I am not in one of the bullets of COI. I am an open source end user and translator. I write articles on my blog (for free obviously) about open source projects. I am not sure what else do I have to do. Iosifidis (talk) 21:52, 16 May 2024 (UTC)
