[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. Please remember to observe this important core policy. Thank you.--John (talk) 10:06, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to violate Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy by adding commentary and your personal analysis into articles, you may be blocked from editing. --John (talk) 10:36, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
John, nice to make your acquaintance. I am new here and just learning. I have much less experience than you so I really appreciate your assistance. I believe you may have made a mistake in "undoing" all the edits I made on 9/24/11. I see your note about WP:NPV and am having a hard time understanding why you made the edits on multiple pages. By your own admission you even reversed some of your deletions. I would really love to have your assistance and ask for you to please cite specific examples instead of deleting entire paragraphs of content, that was referenced and properly cited. While I thoroughly appreciate your assistance I can not understand why you did not approach me through the talk or discussion pages beforehand? Without this communication, in the meantime, I have undone your changes and restored the data you removed. I do not believe that you took any time to research or understand the subject matter, unfortunately haphazardly deleting everything I posted. I sincerely look forward to resolving this issue to our mutual satisfaction, and would welcome your assistance in changing any wording or verbage so it completely agrees with all of Wikipedias policies WP:ALL. Is there a Wikipedia name for someone that follows another contributor around and deletes all of their edits? Thanks again for your help and looking forward to hearing from you!! Please review the following: Wikipedia_talk:Stalking Definition - Wiki-stalking occurs when an editor abusively trails another editor around wikipedia by way of his or her user contributions page. It entails an evidenced distinctive editing pattern in which one user intentionally follows another editor around wikipedia for purposes that are not constructive to the encyclopedia's content or conducive to its collaborative environment. It occurs when one editor continuously and repeatedly follows another editor between multiple unrelated articles over an extended period of time and a wide variety of unrelated subjects for the purpose of making excessive "followup" changes to the original editor's work - often for the purpose of harassment, disruption, or deconstructing the stalked editor's work for reasons that are not in compliance with Wikipedia policies or guidelines. Are you familiar with the following: Wikipedia_talk:Stalking

- Thanks for your reply. I have not removed all your edits, merely the ones that I believe were unsuitable for our project. We need always to be mindful of WP:NPOV, WP:BLP and WP:NOR. I am of course familiar with our policies on stalking. I do not think I have come close to breaching them. If you wish to get a second opinion on this please feel free to ask. For discussions of improvements to articles it is better to seek consensus at the article talk page once your initial bold edits have been challenged. See WP:BRD for more details. Best wishes, and please let me know here if you need any more advice. --John (talk) 18:46, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
