John Scott Whiteley

Hi, I saw that all of your Wikipedia edits thus far have been related to John Scott Whiteley, while your user name (i.e. JSWhiteley) seems to be a contraction of that name:

If JSWhiteley is not a contracted version of your real name, you might want to change your user name: see Wikipedia:Username policy#Misleading usernames, first bullet, for rationale; see Wikipedia:Changing username for how to request a change.
If you are, or have a close relationship to, John Scott Whiteley, you would need to declare a conflict of interest (COI, see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest) on edits relating to John Scott Whiteley; see WP:DISCLOSE for how to do that.

Anyhow, both of these questions need to be answered, i.e. whether using an appropriate user name, and whether or not there is a COI.
