Theory X and Theory Y[edit]

Thank you for your interest in this article, but in fact it is normal on Wikipedia to use lower-case in section headings (MOS:SECTIONCAPS). And the "See also" section is intended only for links to other Wikipedia articles (WP:SEEALSO). Don't worry - these are things we all have to learn.
