Hello there! As you know, your article is currently up for deletion for a lack of assertion of notability. What I'd like to propose to you is withdrawing ToBI from the mainspace, where articles are located. Instead, we can set it up in a special subpage of your userspace (such as User:Jadewang/ToBI), and you can work it on there. Hello, I wanted to ask you a few things about your article, Nina Kraus. Do you know the person? If so, there is a possible conflict of intrest.
